دعاء الأرق ]دُعـاء الأرق : أخرج ابن جرير ( فى جامع الأحاديث ) عن بُرَيدَةَ رضي الله عنه قَالَ {شَكٰى خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلٰى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ الأَرَقَ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَنَامُ اللَّيْلَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ : إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلٰى فِرَاشِكَ فَقُلْ (اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ ، وَرَبَّ الأَرْضِينَ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ ، وَرَبَّ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَمَا أَضَلَّتْ ، كُنْ لِي حَارِسَاً مِنْ شَر خَلْقِكَ جَمِيعَاً أَنْ يَفْرُطَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَنْ يَبْغِي ، عَزَّ جَارُكَ ، وَلاَ إِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ) فَلَمَّا قَالَهُنَّ نَامَ} ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ترجمة إنجليزية للموضوع The supplication of insomnia Ibn-Jareer narrated in Jamea Al-Ahadeeth after Boraydah (May Allah be pleased with him) that he said: {Khalid Ibn-Al-Waleed (May Allah be pleased with him) complained to the messenger of Allah of insomnia, he said: Oh messenger of Allah, I never sleep by night.
